In snacks small: interesting options are cereal bars (give preference to low-calorie and high in fiber); yoghurt, "in the fruit Nature" and dried biscuits, whole grains, fruit juices, fruit salad with grain, etc.
For dinner: basically like lunch, but remember not to abuse in quantities, because we spend less in calories. The ideal situation is to provide a snack at the moment

Love the schematics. I built my first Mosrite fuzz in 1969. Connected it to my Farfisa Combo Compact. Through a Fender Leslie it simulated Jon Lord's Hammond quite well. The Marshall stack didn't hurt either.

Question. I have a his firefly it seems to be a mk3 with a bias adjustment? What I really would like is pretty much the same pedal but with lower gain. Kind of like the love pedal high power tweed twin. Suggestions?
